phone call from someone in our event planning department to me early this morning
event planning person: hey, i know it's early to ask this question. but do you like wine?
me: [trying to contain the laughter] um...hells yeah.
epp: okay. that's all i needed to know.

what the ???? I plan events for a living and she called you early to ask you a question like that? Did she even take it a step further to ask if you prefer red or white or even deeper, like what kind of wine as in Merlot, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir.....

sadly, it was just an early holiday gift from that department.
they give out the leftover wine (they over buy) to all the people they work with.
i design a ZILLION reply cards and invites for them...
i'm getting drunk on their wine this weekend
